We provide a home care service agreement designed to set up specific needs of service as well as provide the approval needed to be in your home.

No, our caregivers and care associates are employees of Rhythms Home Care, therefore, Rhythms is responsible for their payroll and payroll taxes.
Rhythms Home Care staff is covered by workers’ compensation insurance, liability insurance and they are also bonded–all provided by Rhythms.
Yes, Rhythms Home Care has a Home Care RN on staff. Our RN oversees our clients’/residents’ medical care needs.

Yes, our Home Care associates are screened prior to being hired through extensive background screenings, employer references as well as DMV checks.
We provide monthly training subjects for each Rhythms Home Care associate and annual competencies are conducted.
