At Rhythms Home Care, our goal is to help those living in their own home with additional support for a successful life, as defined by the individual. This includes assisting seniors living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, or individuals that need assistance in daily living or at home medical care. There are many home care companies to choose from that offer similar services and others that are limited in the services they offer. Home health care providers may also be limited by geography, or service area, where they are licensed and have team members available to provide support.

Rhythms Home Care services include medical and non-medical care, often referred to as an expanded scope of care. A number of other Senior Home Care companies offer both as well, and some do not. In order to help a client, or prospective client, find the best care possible, we collaborate with other home care companies to find the best solution for the individual needing support.

It’s nice to know that we can have a partnership with a care agency such as Rhythms. We often refer prospective families to Rhythms that need an expanded scope of care. – Libbie

Partnership in Action

Recently, Rhythms received a call from a potential client in the Denver area looking for home care for her father in law, who is declining physically and lives alone in the southeast corner of Colorado. Rhythms Home Care was recommended to her, but we currently do not have a team member available in that area. Rather than just telling her we could not help, our team used their network of resources, contacting several different organizations, until we found one that could help the family.

Developing connections and relationships with other senior home health providers is important to Rhythms. Rather than see other companies as competitors, we see them as collaborators with a common goal to find the best provider that benefits individuals and family members who need help.
